Individual Therapy

VA Benefits
If you have Tricare or VA Benefits, you will need a referral from your PCM.
Copay:
Depending on your insurance, there may or may not be a copay. You will be responsibly to pay the copay at the session. Head and Heart Counseling will hold a card on file for any copays or any other additional fees of service.
Out-of-Network Insurance:
Billing out of network means clients pay a private pay rate at the time of service. You may request a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier, yourself which will allow to possibly be reimburse your payment. Support and guidance on this process is available to insure that it is as simple as possible.
